During certain phases of testing and/or assembly of a product, it may be necessary to rotate the component to continue the operations.

In these cases, the rotation must be effortless and, above all, ensure the necessary stability for the continuation of the work. 
Based on these premises, we developed our tipping device with a steering wheel, a tool designed to support operators during the rotation phase, ensuring their safety and correct posture during assembly/testing. 
Thanks to its compact size, it can be easily integrated into workstations, and the steering wheel for rotation allows for smooth tipping without effort and with complete safety.

The position locking systems provide protection against falling and uncontrolled movements. The equipment is available with a two-position tipping device at 0° and 90° and a base plate with the possibility of implementing specific positioning systems designed specifically for your products.
